Warranty & Guarantee Terms

At Royalux, we are committed to quality craftsmanship and long-term customer satisfaction. The following warranty and guarantee terms outline the coverage and limitations applicable to our furniture products.

1. Structural Warranty

Royalux provides an eight (8) years structural warranty on the internal wooden framework of its furniture, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the structure under normal residential use.

The structural warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by mishandling, relocation, misuse, or overloading
  • Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or environmental conditions
  • Normal wear and tear over time

2. Foam Warranty & Usage-Based Guarantee

Royalux uses Diamond Supreme Foam in its products. While the quality of foam is premium and durable, foam performance varies depending on usage, body weight, seating habits, and maintenance.

  • Foam carries a usage-based guarantee, not a fixed-time guarantee.
  • Softening of foam over time is a natural and expected characteristic and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
  • Excessive or improper usage may reduce foam life and is not covered under warranty.

3. Filling Materials – Ball Fiber & Feathers

Products containing ball fiber and/or feather filling are designed for comfort and aesthetic appeal. Customers are informed that:

  • Ball fiber and feather fillings naturally settle, compress, and shift over time with regular use.
  • This settling is an industry-standard behavior and is not considered a defect.
  • Periodic fluffing and maintenance by the customer is required to retain shape and comfort.

Note : No replacement or refund shall be provided for natural settling of ball fiber or feath

4. Warranty Coverage Method

All warranties and guarantees offered by Royalux are limited to repair or rectification only.
Replacement, exchange, or refund is not included under any warranty or guarantee.

5. Claim Process

  • Any warranty-related concern must be reported within a reasonable time after it is observed.
  • Royalux reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any service claim.
  • Warranty services will be provided at Royalux’s discretion after evaluation.

6. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fabric, stitching, polish, paint, or surface finishes
  • Damage due to improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

6. Final Authority

Royalux reserves the right to amend, interpret, or modify warranty and guarantee terms without prior notice. The decision of Royalux shall be final in all warranty-related matters.
